Pencon is a trusted concrete services provider for many GTA municipalities

These are municipal specifications for various municipalities where we have provided services. Theses specifications may altar slightly, but for the most part will be adhered to for concrete patio and driveway concrete paving and curbs in and around the private home.

Our Guarantee

All our work is guaranteed for 12 months from time of completion, depending on the project. We offer a 2% rebate for work delays or scheduling problems not resulting from inclement weather or other ‘Acts of God’ where completion deadlines are not met.
